Information will be treated as confidential, and only shared with the members of GCS and others involved with the pre-qualification process. Contractors must be prequalified to submit a Proposal to the CM for any of the packages advertised herein. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a Drug-Free Safety Program (“DFSP”) approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (“OBWC”) prior to submitting a Proposal and provide, on the Proposal Form with its Proposal, certain information relative to their enrollment in such a program; and, if awarded a Contract, shall comply with other DFSP criteria described in General Conditions Paragraph 1.6 – Drug Free Safety Program Participation.
