As part of the ICON team, we were selected as Construction Manager at Risk for this project that consists of a $6.3 million, 47,000sf High School interior renovation for grades 9-12. The school is located in downtown Cleveland and follows the international baccalaureate program model.

GCS also self-performed the carpentry, specialties, and interior packages.
