As part of the ICON team, we were selected as Construction Manager at Risk for this Ohio School Facilities Commission project that consists of a $22 million, 93,000sf new PK-8 school that houses 720 students. The school is located on the Cleveland State University campus on a site of about 2.5 acres and follows the international baccalaureate program model
